Dumper Cable is a type of cable specifically customized for dumper systems. A dumper system is a train bulk material unloading system used to unload bulk materials such as coal, coke, and mineral sand carried by trains. It is widely used in large modern enterprises such as thermal power plants, smelters, cement plants, ports, and mines. In addition to the dumper coal unloading system, it can also be used for large lifting machinery, tower cranes, stacker-reclaimers, gantry cranes, overhead cranes, port loading machines, bucket wheel machines, drum machines, conveyors, mobile cranes, bridge cranes, electric loaders, and other large mobile equipment. It can also be used as a drum or towing cable in drag chain systems

Note: Steel wires or other load-bearing elements can be added to both sides of the cable core based on customer requirements. Conductors, insulation materials, etc., can also be specially customized for specific usage environments, such as oil resistance, wear resistance, tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and other characteristics.

Conductor: Mostly made of multi-strand oxygen-free copper wires finely stranded. The copper wires are fine and soft, ensuring the overall flexibility of the cable.

Insulation Layer: Special blended materials such as nitrile rubber, automotive materials, or TPE are selected based on the cable's performance requirements. For cables requiring special usage environments like oil resistance or wear resistance, customizations can be made.

Outer Sheath: Commonly uses specially modified nitrile rubber materials or specially formulated imported polyurethane materials to meet the requirements of different application scenarios, achieving high flexibility, tensile strength, wear resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging properties, and more.
